gespecialiseerd onderdeel binnen Van Belang, dat zich richt op de begeleiding van mensen die door psychische of psychiatrische problemen in aanraking zijn gekomen met justitie. Deze zorg is gericht op de onderliggende problematiek en het verminderen van het risico op herhaling van strafbaar gedrag.<\/p>\n<p>Mensen die forensische zorg ontvangen, hebben vaak te maken met complexe problematiek, zoals verslaving, persoonlijkheidsstoornissen, of andere psychiatrische aandoeningen die kunnen leiden tot agressie of crimineel gedrag. De zorg is daarom gericht op het ondersteunen van deze problematiek, het bevorderen van veilig gedrag, en het bieden van structurele ondersteuning in een gecontroleerde omgeving.<\/p>\n<p>Een belangrijk aspect van forensische zorg is de balans tussen zorg en veiligheid. Enerzijds wordt gewerkt aan het herstel van de cli\u00ebnt, anderzijds wordt de veiligheid van de samenleving gewaarborgd door strikte voorwaarden en toezicht. Het doel van FAB is het voorkomen van recidive (herhaling van strafbaar gedrag) en het bevorderen van maatschappelijke re-integratie. Dit gebeurt door individuele begeleiding op diverse levensgebieden zoals wonen, werk, financi\u00ebn, relaties, verslaving en psychische gezondheid.<\/p><p>Enkele kenmerken van forensische ambulante begeleiding zijn:<\/p><ol><li><p><strong>Maatwerk<\/strong>: De begeleiding is afgestemd op de specifieke behoeften van de persoon. Dit kan vari\u00ebren van hulp bij praktische zaken (bijvoorbeeld het vinden van huisvesting of werk) tot ondersteuning bij het omgaan met psychische of gedragsmatige problemen.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Risicomanagement<\/strong>: Begeleiders houden rekening met het risicoprofiel van de cli\u00ebnt. Ze identificeren risicofactoren die kunnen leiden tot strafbaar gedrag en proberen deze te verminderen of te beheersen. Dit kan bijvoorbeeld door middel van cognitieve gedragstherapie of verslavingsbehandeling.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Toezicht en controle<\/strong>: Naast ondersteuning biedt de begeleiding ook een zekere mate van toezicht. De cli\u00ebnt moet zich houden aan afspraken die bijvoorbeeld voortkomen uit een opgelegde reclasseringsmaatregel of voorwaarde bij voorwaardelijke vrijlating.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Samenwerking met justitie en zorginstanties<\/strong>: FAB werkt nauw samen met de reclassering, politie, justitie, zorginstanties en soms de familie van de cli\u00ebnt. Deze samenwerking is belangrijk om de voortgang te monitoren en eventuele risico\u2019s tijdig te signaleren.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Langdurige begeleiding<\/strong>: De begeleiding kan over een langere periode plaatsvinden, afhankelijk van de ernst van de problematiek en het risico op terugval.
